New licensing for Community Server.

With the license for version 2.1 SP1 you could use CS for commercial use but with SP2 you could not. This post confirms that we can still use the version we have for commercial use but if we upgrade we will have to pay.

Right now I don't see a need to upgrade. Unless we find a major bug, let's stay where we are.
